1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Detox AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Detox AI is operated by KaranLabs ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Detox AI is an AI-powered wellness application that generates personalized detox recipes based on the goals, dietary preferences, and ingredients you select. The App also lets you save recipes, track favorites, and follow step-by-step preparation instructions.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Detox AI is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. All recipes, nutritional information, and wellness content in the App are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any detox program, diet, or significant change to your eating habits
• Do not use the App as a substitute for medical care if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any medical condition
• You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients against your own allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of content in the App

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Detox AI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. User Accounts

You can use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Note that data associated with an anonymous account may be lost if the App is deleted before linking the account to a sign-in method.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Detox AI offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions (such as weekly, monthly, and yearly plans) that unlock additional features. The following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy

All purchases are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

7. AI-Generated Content

Recipes in the App are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or suggestions that are not suitable for your individual circumstances. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recipes are suggestions, not guarantees of any health outcome or benefit
• Nutritional values shown are estimates and may not be exact
• You must independently verify that ingredients are safe and appropriate for you before consuming them
• We do not guarantee that any recipe will achieve the wellness goal it is associated with

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent limits on the recipe generation service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by KaranLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use recipes generated in the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App itself or its content without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recipes will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaranLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any health-related outcomes arising from the preparation or consumption of recipes — resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
