How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Detox AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
If your premium features aren't showing after reinstalling the App or switching devices, open the paywall screen in the App and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your Detox AI purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the App from the settings screen. This permanently removes your account, recipe history, and favorites. You can also email us at [email protected] and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
Why did my recipe generation fail?
Recipe generation requires an internet connection. If it fails, check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, the service may be temporarily busy — wait a moment and retry, or contact us if it continues.
Will I lose my recipes if I switch devices?
If you've signed in with Apple or Google, your recipes and favorites sync automatically when you sign in on a new device. If you're using the App anonymously, link your account to Apple or Google sign-in first to keep your data.
What languages does Detox AI support?
Detox AI is available in more than 20 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. The App follows your device language, and you can change it from the settings screen.
Are the recipes medical advice?
No. Detox AI provides general wellness content only — it is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any detox program, and check every ingredient against your own allergies and dietary restrictions. See our Terms of Service for details.
